Our rentals are typically delivered between 7am - 1:30pm. So, even if your party doesn’t start until 12pm, your rental may still be delivered up to five hours before. Your drop off time frame depends on where you are on the route. We confirm the day prior, and give you your drop off and pick up time frames once our routes are in place, so you know when to expect us on the day of your event.

At Party LA we carry comprehensive liability insurance to provide peace of mind to our customers and protect them from any unforeseen incidents during their rental period. Our insurance coverage ensures that all participants can enjoy our bounce houses and inflatable attractions with confidence, knowing that they are well-protected in case of any accidental damages or injuries.

We require a $100 deposit to secure your product reservation. If you decide to cancel your order up to two weeks before the scheduled rental period, you will be eligible for a full refund. However, deposits are non-refundable if an order is canceled less than 14 days before the rental period.

If we have to cancel your rental due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund if you decide not to reschedule.

We follow strict cleaning and sanitization procedures to ensure that our bounce houses are safe and hygienic for every use. After each rental, our trained staff thoroughly clean and disinfect all surfaces, eliminating any potential germs or contaminants.

We require a credit card to reserve your rental. A $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation. The balance can be paid via credit card the day prior to your event or in cash on the day of your party when we arrive to set up. A 5% fee will be applied for credit card payments. If you pay for your rentals in cash, please give your driver the amount you want them to keep. They do not carry change. Tips are always appreciated as the drivers work hard to provide excellent service for our clients.

Safety is our top priority, and we want to ensure that everyone enjoys our bounce houses in a secure environment. As part of our safety protocols, our clients are required to sign a waiver before engaging in any activities.
