Please ensure there is a clear path of at least 3 feet wide leading to the designated area for inflatable setup. The path should be free from any obstructions such as trash cans, patio furniture, bikes, toys, etc. Prior to our driver's arrival for setup, verify that the entire route, from the front yard to the backyard, meets the 3' clearance requirement. Failure to provide sufficient clearance will result in the cancellation of the rental

If you have pets, it is essential to clean the setup area from any fecal matter, remnants of urine, or other substances that may affect our equipment. Any damages caused by pet-related elements will incur a cleaning fee.

Please note that we strictly adhere to a 'No Stairs Policy' and do not set up our rentals on stairs or go up/down stairs with our equipment. Before our arrival, ensure that the setup location is accessible and free from obstacles, including stairs, small gates, or any other accessibility issues. In case the equipment cannot be delivered and set up due to such hindrances, it will be considered a cancellation, and you will be liable to pay the full rental amount as stated in your rental agreement (not the cash discount price)
